Introduction:

With all of the VoIP Reseller Companies available, why should I choose ViaTalk?

ViaTalk provides the most complete Internet Phone Service on the market today.  That isn't just a sales pitch.  If you look at pricing, plans, terms, features, network, upgrades, etc.....you will see that ViaTalk leads in all of these areas.

When was VTWhite launched?

VT White was officially launched in April of 2007.

Becoming a Reseller:

Who can become a reseller?

A diverse range of businesses/entrepreneurs have the ability to profit from becoming a VoIP service provider. For example, ISP’s, Webhosts, or any organization that has an existing client base that can benefit from a low cost, feature-rich voice offering.

Responsibilities of the reseller:

Market and Sell! The great thing about this program is that most of the overhead is taken out of the equation. Once you have your branded web portal complete, ViaTalk will take care of the rest. You do not have to worry about the billing, tech support, customer service, or even shipping! You simply need to market and sell the Internet Phone service under your brand.

How do I get started?

How long does it take to process a reseller account?

Typically, the process takes between 2-3 business days.

Can I market to customers outside the United States?

Unfortunately, at this time, VTWhite is only providing service to United States customers.

Financial Layout:

Pricing:

The pricing is going to be a set discount from regular ViaTalk pricing; the markup is then determined by the vendor. Since there is no limit on the markup, you have complete control over the profit margin that you make.

Commission structure:

Commission structure: Recurring Monthly. Through the recurring payments, you will receive the difference between the ViaTalk discounted price and your markup each month; for each customer you have. This will allow you to make additional commissions based on the clients that stay with your service from month to month.

What is the cost?

In the preferred VoIP market we recognize the value of partnering with other dedicated companies and therefore have created plans that start at a one time setup fee of $99.

Does VTWhite’s contract automatically renew annually?

Yes, VTWhite’s contract automatically renews after one year. If at this point the rates are lower, you may obtain the lower rates.

What monthly maintenance fee/s will I incur?

We value the Private Label Resellers of VTWhite and do not charge a monthly maintenance fee/s.

Client's Charges:

Are there any additional fees/taxes for the customer besides the cost of the service plan?

Each client will be charged a $29.95 activation fee, and a $9.95 Shipping charge.  If the client elects the "Bring Your Own Device" plan, these two charges will not be added.  In addition to these charges, there are two monthly fees. The first is the E911 Charge for $1.25/month and the second is a Regulatory Recovery Fee for $1.25/month. Additionally, if the client decides to terminate the account and keep the adapter there will be a $50 charge to their account.

What is VTWhite’s billing increment, and minimum billing per call?

The billing increment for International calls, or calls over your plan minutes, would be billed for the first 30 seconds, and every 6 seconds following.

How many calls is VTWhite accustomed to managing?

VTWhite has the ability to manage 200 simultaneous calls and above.

Will the website colors match our logo without it being considered custom design?

Yes, VTWhite is equipped to match your logo without charging for custom design.

How to customize the look of the customer portal/control panel:

You will be able to customize the web portal through a site builder tool; which will be accessible through the reseller backend.

Equipment:

The equipment that VTWhite provides is a Linksys PAP2-T VoIP Adapter. There is no equipment cost for the client.  If the client decides to keep it when they cancel the account, they will be charged $50.  Otherwise, if they return it, there will be no charge. We also have BYOD(Bring Your Own Device) plans available for people that have their own unlocked equipment.

Does VTWhite have POP3 access?

Yes, VTWhite does have POP3 access.

Does VTWhite offer a softphone?

Unfortunately, we do not offer a softphone at this time.  We currently recommend XTen.com for a softphone since they offer a free version for download.

Billing:

Generic Billing System:

Since VTWhite handles the hassles of billing the customer and processing the orders, the generic name that will appear on the Copyright, Terms of Service page, Letter of Authorization for LNP PDF and the customer’s credit card statement, will be InternetPhoneServiceProvider.com.

What Billing System Does VTWhite Use?

We have developed our own billing system for the reseller system.

Choosing Custom Shipping Boxes:

If you decide that you would like shipping boxes that reflect your company, adding this feature will allow your brand to be visible when the box arrives to your customer.

Choosing the Custom Logo option:

If you decide to have our graphic designer create a custom logo for your company we only request some overall vision for your logo. Simply provide us with a name, the colors, a general idea of what you want, etc. and VTWhite will create a logo that reflects your company.

What is the Custom PBX?

The Custom PBX is the automated greeting that your customers receive when they dial the 800 number.  It will be a custom voice and greeting that includes your company name; instead of a generic greeting.  By choosing this option you will add a professional touch to your brand.
